Our network firewall have a security feature to block IP for multiple CPanel login attempts.
This is a common problem when a client forgot his/her password and try more than 10 times to login to CPanel. Eventually, the client IP is blacklisted and can no longer access sites with domain names hosted with us (even our website www.intellixsys.com).
If this happen to you, contact immediately customercare@intellixsys.com with your public IP to have it whitelisted.
If you don't know what is your public IP, you can browse http://www.ipchicken.com and it will give you your public IP.
